Photos You Choose: A photo you select to create a song. The photo is used only on your device as the cover art for the song you generate (see Section 3.2)

Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers

Access to your full photo library (you pick a single photo through the system picker, and we cannot see your other photos)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

Provide AI Music Generation: Process your creative inputs to generate unique music
Improve App Experience: Enhance features and user interface based on usage patterns
Maintain App Performance: Identify and fix technical issues
Personalize Experience: Remember your preferences for a better user experience
Subscription Management: Process and manage premium subscriptions through Apple's payment system

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

Your generated music, the photo you select, and your preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain copies of your personal creations on our servers.

3.2 Your Photos Stay on Your Device

The photo you choose is used only on your device, as the cover art for the song you generate. Your photo is never uploaded to our servers or to any third-party AI service, and it is not analyzed remotely. Songs are generated from a text description selected within the App, not from your image.

3.3 AI Processing

When you generate a song, a text prompt is processed through secure AI services including Replicate and Cloudflare AI to create the audio and its title. These prompts are used solely for generation and are not stored or used for any other purpose.

3.4 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

Encrypted data transmission
Secure API connections
Regular security audits
Limited data retention policies

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Replicate: For AI music generation processing
Cloudflare AI: For additional AI processing and optimization
Apple StoreKit: For subscription management and payment processing
Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements (free tier users only)
Apple CloudKit: For optional iCloud backup (if enabled by user)

8. Data Retention

Your generated music and preferences remain on your device until you choose to delete them. Analytics data is anonymized and retained for a maximum of 90 days. We do not retain any personal data on our servers.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your residence, which may have different data protection rules.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
